The San Benito County eRetrieval system is the public's view into all campaign finance documentation, as well as many other campaign related documents.  With eRetrieval, you can view:

 

  • Who is a qualified candidate for a particular office, in a particular election
  • What campaign committees exist for a particular office or measure
  • Form 501 - Candidate Intention Statement
  • Form 410 - Statement of Organization
  • Form 460 - Recipient Committee Campaign Statement
  • Form 470 - Officeholder and Candidate Campaign Statement-Short Form
  • Candidates Statements (NOTE: will be available on the appropriate permitted date)
  • Qualified Statement - Posted when a candidate has become fully qualified for the specified election

 

Only documents submitted to this county office are available.  For some of these offices, more information may be obtained from the candidate's home city, home county, or the Secretary of State.

 

NOTE: Online disclosure documents are redacted in order not to reveal address and telephone information. Un-redacted documents are available at the Registrar of Voters Office during regular business hours at:
